Now Announcing: season vi(m)

ensemble vim’s sixth season will be one for the books. We dive in on October 8 at St. Luke’s with “vimmersive/subversive,” a concert featuring George Crumb’s “Vox Balaenae,” Marta Ptaszynka’s “Moon Flowers,” and a world premiere by ensemble vim’s very own Emily Koh. The season reaches its zenith with the very first sparkweek, where three composers from around the country will travel to Atlanta and work with regional artists on new interdisciplinary works that ensemble vim will premiere February 10. Our season closes on March 25 at St. Luke’s in a collaboration with Atlanta’s own Mosaic String Quartet. We're also giving a special workshop with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Talent Development Program.
